We understand that circumstances may sometimes require you to cancel your reservation. To ensure fairness to both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

100% Refund if Cancelled within 30 Days of Arrival

• If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your booking amount.

 

50% Refund if Cancelled 14 Days Prior to Arrival

• If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days but less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of your booking amount.

 

No Refund if Cancelled Any Later than 14 Days Before Arrival

• Unfortunately, if you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, we are unable to provide any refund.

 

Booking Replacement and Cancellation Fee
(Applies If You Haven't Received a Full Refund)

• In the event that you cancel your reservation and we are able to fill your booking with another customer for the same dates, we will issue a refund to you, excluding a cancellation fee of $50. This policy applies only if you have not already received a full refund based on the criteria above.

Please understand that these policies are in place to help us manage our operations effectively and fairly. We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case unexpected circumstances arise.
